a roll is made between 1 and 100 when mon will cast a spell, if heal is at 50 and def is at 70 and speed is at 100 and the roll result is 89, then
a speed spell will be perfromed since 89 falls between 70 and 100. Had it been 7=68 it would have cast a defense spell, and 50 or less
would mean a heal spell.
